The location was great! House is perfectly warmed up for peak winter season and you get a great a mount if snow in the area too! Coin parking is right outside the hotel. And the unit is spacious enough for 4! We’re muslims so we rely a lot on cooking our own food so we found the kitchen well equipped. The staff is so quick to respond! I asked for an iron at 10pm and it was delivered to my door almost immediately. Great service, great place and great location! Will definitely book again next time we’re in Sapporo!

I like that they provided extra beddings and futons. I love that the staff replies immediately when you chat but the phone number they provided (no one answers-so better chat at booking app). The wifi is fast but the password in not accessible unless you contact them. There was no note inside the room. I also like that they provided a laundry soap for the washing machine. The check in and check out is easy. The place itself is nice.

Very warm with heater on - but 23 too hot on arrival - set to 18-19 and was fine. Very secure building with code to enter building and room. Good location but I had a car to drive to Niseko to ski every day. Was very lucky the hotel was quiet for my stay and I parked out from afternoon to early morning. Two good Italian/Japanese restaurants in walking distance and supermarkets not far away.

Perfectly fine apartment. Very clean and with enough amenities for our five night stay. Good that it had a washing machine. Clear instructions given prior to arrival about how to access the building and apartment. Access was via a code. A short taxi ride from Sapporo Railway Station. Close to restaurants and large supermarket. We had no problems walking to subway station and to shops. We would definitely stay again.

it is clean and tidy, however the space is a bit too tight for 3 persons. We are very lucky to have a parking space on site.

Clean and comfy. Exactly as shown in photos. Check-in and check-out process was also very smooth. Juno is conveniently located in a quiet residential area, with a 3-5 min walk to a bus stop, so it's quite easy to get around. Facilities within the unit is also satisfactory.

It is value for money according to Japanese standards the place is good enough refrigerator was in the room and so was warm water washing machine there was also detergent utensils to be used as well

Ease. Everything was as advertised. Professional. I am grateful to the apartment owners for being so factual in representing the property. Finally, the "no procedures" check-out is super cool. Made me sigh with relief. I kept everything clean of course, but knowing I did not have to jump through crazy actions made the stay even better.

The bed was comfortable. Enjoyed access to the kitchenette. The hot water heated pretty quickly. The host left a few snacks upon arrival. The studio was quiet.
